Hi, my name is Jessica Brown and I started Henhussy Cleaning LLC in August of 2022. I take lived in homes and transform them into organized, functional and clean homes. I really only have one mode when cleaning so I'm going to want to do a good thorough clean. Under the couch cushions, table legs, chairs, windows and window sills… those kinds of things. I enjoy the process of cleaning but, most of all I enjoy the look of the end result, the look of vibrant colors through-out the home, shining from being freshly polished and in it's place. I feel it can really create a positive energy to a home. I've been doing this for over 20 years for friends and family and would love and opportunity to do the same for you!

It is my mission to provide a fair, caring and efficient cleaning service for my community and neighboring communities. 

Clare, Gladwin, Farwell, Harrison, and Lake George service areas for the Home/Apartment Cleaning, Traditional Window Cleaning and Organizing/Decluttering Services I charge $35 an hour for those who are 60 years or older, disabled or who have served in the military. 

Cadillac, Coleman, Houghton Lake, Lake City, Midland and Mt. Pleasant for the Home/Apartment Cleaning, Traditional Window Cleaning and Organizing/Decluttering Services I charge $45 an hour for those who are 60 years or older, disabled or who have served in the military.

Seasonal Cleaning, Office Cleaning and Holiday Cleaning I charge 50 an hour.


How it works!


First step is to call 989-424-9947. You will speak with me to go over needs and/or concerns and to schedule an In Home Evaluation. During the In Home Evaluation I will come in take notes and pictures to ensure you get the fairest deal. It also helps me come prepared with the appropriate cleaning supplies. The In Home Evaluation should take about 30 minutes to an hour. The last step is within 24 hours I will give you a quote. 


During the cleaning all sinks, tubs and toilets have to be operable and functional so I can give them a good thorough clean. Electricity and water must be working upon my arrival. Tidying up prior to cleaning service saves you money and is important because items such as clothes, toys and dishes get in the way of me doing an efficient and thorough clean. 


I do a discount for those who are 60 years or older, have served in the military, or have a disability.  I also could do room by room to help with costs. If there are any questions and/or concerns please ask, I would gladly go over them with you. I look forward to hearing from you!

Services

Home /Apartment Cleaning: Bathroom sink, vanity (doesn't included wiping out of drawers and cabinets) tub/shower, toilets, refrigerator, stove top and sides (no ovens guarantee), dining room tables and chairs, kitchen sink, and countertops, wipe down appliances on countertop, wipe garbage cans, take out garbage, vacuum, sweep and mop. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs.


Seasonal Home Cleaning: This is a Home/Apartment Cleaning with extras. Walls, interior windows, all light fixtures, baseboards, curtains (Only if there is a working washer and dryer at home.), and carpet clean (Do not make any guarantees on removing any carpet stains.). This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. Also great for those moving and/or looking to sell their home.


AirBnB and Vrbo Cleaning: Will report all damages of the property to you. I will check all Home Safety Equipment and replace batteries if necessary, that you provide. Thorough clean of all bathrooms and kitchen. I will refill or replace any home essentials and luxury amenities that you provide on the property. Tidy and clean all bedrooms and common areas. Take out the garbage. Take a look at the yard for any garbage or debris. Sweep the porch and wipe tables and chairs. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. Reviews are everything and I know my performance reflects on you. Please note that there is a flat rate of at least one hundred and fifty dollars for this service.


Office Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of all break rooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, receptionists area, waiting rooms. Sanitize all light switches and door knobs. Sanitize all hard surfaces, including chairs. Disinfectant mopping of hard surface floors, vacuum cubicles if they are carpeted and common areas. Dusting in all common areas. Cleaning of window frames, window panes and window sills. Empty all waste bins and refill all soap, hand sanitizer and paper towel holders. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. I supply my own cleaning products and tools but I do not supply refilling products.


Traditional Window Cleaning: Washing of window frame, pane and sill. Removing dirt and debris. Will try to remove stains but I do not make any guarantees. Includes doors with windows, washing the door and frame. 



Holiday Cleaning: Tidying and cleaning of entrance ways, bathrooms. This is an outline and can be customized to your needs. Will help with holiday decorating as well.


Organization /Decluttering: I will help you go through any area in your home/apartment. We will talk about needs and concerns while I declutter, organize and clean. We'll come up with a plan to keep your home organized and clutter free. Will also help you tackle your shed or garage.
